Your Days in Detail
Master · Thursday, 2 July
Pre-Evening in Munich
📍 Thursday takes place in Munich city centre — not at Avalon Kraftwerk.
Meeting point at the Eisbach wave (surfer wave). Bring swimwear and a towel. At your own risk.
We meet right here →
About 20 min walk to Café Reitschule — or head back to your accommodation to change first.
Café Reitschule, Königinstraße 34, 80802 München →
Food and wine included. Additional alcoholic drinks at your own expense. Dress code: summery, comfortable, effortlessly elegant. Come as you feel most at ease.
After dinner: rest up. Two full days follow.
Gold & Master · Friday, 3 July
Legends Day
All Tickets · Saturday, 4 July
Main Day
Yes, early. It's worth it.
Master · Sunday, 5 July
flowHIKE
Two buses to Brauneck (Talstation Grieß). Meeting point directly at Avalon – Das Kraftwerk →
From there, take the gondola up. We hike a ridge trail over the Latschenkopf (~2 hours) and head to the Bayernhütte →
Those who prefer a shorter walk go directly from the mountain station to the hut (~30 min).
At the top: ice bath, hot tub, sauna and a Biohacker Brotzeit. Towels provided — just bring swimwear.
Return buses to Avalon Kraftwerk (~1.5 hrs)
Bus 1 · Departure 16:00
For those needing to leave earlier (train/flight). Leave the hut by 15:00 at the latest. Arrives Avalon ~17:30.
Bus 2 · Departure 18:00
For those staying longer. Leave the hut by 16:30. Last gondola into the valley at 17:00. Arrives Avalon ~19:30.
Those who want to stay even longer can walk down into the valley after the last gondola, as long as it's still light. The return journey to Munich would then be self-organised — the buses will have left. If you have a train or flight, allow extra travel time from Avalon to the station or airport.
Packing list for the flowHIKE:
- Sturdy, non-slip hiking shoes
- Water bottle
- Sun protection
- Hiking poles (optional)
- Backpack and a few snacks
- Weatherproof clothing (check the forecast for Lenggries beforehand)
- Swimwear (towels are provided at the hut)
- Fully charged phone
