The Late Bird is for those who act fast when it counts.
Olympian & Personal Transformation Coach
Andreas Renz is one of the most recognizable figures in German ice hockey. As long-time captain of the national team and an Olympic athlete, he competed for many years at the highest international level and played hundreds of games in the German Ice Hockey League. His career was defined by discipline, toughness, and mental strength. Qualities that earned him the nickname “Iron Renz.” Yet behind the athletic success lies a deeper personal journey through crises, self-doubt, and profound transformation.Today Andreas speaks openly about this path. His work focuses on self-reflection, emotional strength, and radical personal responsibility, and on the realization that real change often begins the moment we stop running from ourselves. After his powerful talk at last year’s FlowFest, Andreas will bring a different kind of experience this time. On Saturday evening, following the transformational breathing session, he will guide participants through a Trance Dance session, an invitation to use movement, music, and presence to quiet the mind and reconnect with the body.
